This location has absolutely no purpose there. The staff is not helpful, you have to stand around hoping someone shows up. The staff is NOT willing to assist and they are quick to send you to another Chase location. Waste of space!!!

I have had many excellent experiences at this bank. Nathalia is also specifically very helpful when needed.

The customer service at this Chase is amazing. If you need a bank with a teller, this one is not for you, but if your able to use the machines for easy stuff it’s perfect and the reps there are fantastic for all the other services.
