I love how this bank blocks companies that sometimes try to put a hold (fees) of $75-$100 on your card when you use it at the gas pump. “We have been members since 2017 and have always been satisfied with the products and services. A couple of years ago we took out the auto warranty when we purchased our vehicle. We have made a few small claims previously. We were having some clunking noises last week, took it into our local mechanic and the mechanic was able to work easily with the warranty and 100% covered what needed to be done with $0 deductible! The mechanic had been paid by the warranty even before we went to pick up the vehicle! Thank you Connect Credit Union for saving us from an almost $3,000 repair bill at Christmas!”

Also this girl.There is usually a line when I go in, but their associate support is wonderful and it makes sense that they take the time they need for each customer.I'm glad that this branch is convenient and their customer service takes the sting out of weaning off digital-only banking.Traffic and getting into/out of the parking lot can be a little bananas, but parking is plentiful and branch is on first floor.”
