“Most of our banking is done electronically these days, but I still visit the branch a few times a year when I need to deposit checks that can't be handled through mobile deposit. Each time I do, Vivian has been consistently helpful, professional and welcoming.
She's someone who has known our business for many years, dating back to when we first set up our business accounts with BankUnited over a decade ago. That kind of personal relationship matters, and is something I really appreciate and I do not have with my online banking.

“Wonderful staff here! Ashley greeted me as soon as I came in with a smile- great customer service within the first minute of entering. Mr. Flores helped me at the teller line and was very pleasant while processing my transaction. I also needed to get a debit card so I sat with Jonathan who was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to instant issue me a debit card- which I didn’t know they did here! This was my first time going into this location and everything went very smoothly. Also this girl.There is usually a line when I go in, but their associate support is wonderful and it makes sense that they take the time they need for each customer.I'm glad that this branch is convenient and their customer service takes the sting out of weaning off digital-only banking.Traffic and getting into/out of the parking lot can be a little bananas, but parking is plentiful and branch is on first floor.”
