“Most of our banking is done electronically these days, but I still visit the branch a few times a year when I need to deposit checks that can't be handled through mobile deposit. Each time I do, Vivian has been consistently helpful, professional and welcoming.
She's someone who has known our business for many years, dating back to when we first set up our business accounts with BankUnited over a decade ago. That kind of personal relationship matters, and is something I really appreciate and I do not have with my online banking.

“Came in to switch banks from TD to chase and Samantha helped us as soon as we walked in. I was there with my partner who also needed help but she needed help linking a credit card to her app so she didn’t have to go in person to pay. We had been dealing with this issue for 3-4 months and today we walked in and Samantha fixed the issue in like 5 minutes!!! She also removed a missed payment that only occurred because the accounts weren’t linked in time which was amazing cause my partner never had a missing payment before and was worried about that! After helping my partner Samantha helped me make an account with them since I was unable to do it myself online. She informed me on a lot of things and even called over Leda the branches manager to help teach me how their app works and what kind of things chase does that can be beneficial to me. Both of these ladies were very sweet, informative and listened to us which is refreshing. This was way different than the Martin downs branch. I much prefer this location!”

Mr. Flores helped me at the teller line and was very pleasant while processing my transaction. I also needed to get a debit card so I sat with Jonathan who was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to instant issue me a debit card- which I didn’t know they did here! This was my first time going into this location and everything went very smoothly. “My adult daughter and I went to change our addresses. It was our first visit to First Community Bank in the city to which we are moving. The bank was downtown, but we pleased to find parking inside their lot. We were met with smiles and received quick service from Jesse Wilton who facilitated the address changes and other transactions.
