“I was supposed to do this review awhile ago but it came to me today as I was dealing with a situation over the phone and I said to myself “If Liz was helping me this issue wouldn’t be an issue”. I have had the pleasure of meeting her twice for two separate issues and in both instances she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She assured that everything was squared away before she finished and that’s the type of customer service that’s needed.”

“Verizon is fortunate to have Derek representing them. My 91 y.o. mother went in and bought a phone that was not user friendly for her. They also sold her on a watch too that she would never use as a phone. WE took all back and Derek was very patient . After paying restocking and set up fees, (unfortunately non refundable), he then set us up with a basic iPhone. This 5 star review is for his service. I have not always been happy with Verizon. Anyway, he also figured out a monthly charge on her bill that no one else could figure out what it was for. He contacted the dept. that deals with disputes and put me on the phone to investigate and open a case. If you need a tech saavy, nice and patient employee, he's the man.”

“I had the BEST experience with Xfinity today. Seriously!!First, when I called customer service with an issue, knowing I wanted to upgrade but calling to discuss tech issues first, I spoke with the most AMAZING AGENT, EDWARD W. He was very knowledgeable, super polite, friendly, and turned my anger for taking a bit to get a live person right on its head. He made my day! Then, when I went to pickup the gateway at the Jensen Beach location, I had the true pleasure of meeting and working with the AMAZING ANA M. who was also very knowledgeable, super polite, friendly, and even walked me through the set up process (verbally and showing me in the app) since I was going to do the setup myself. KUDOS TO THESE TWO EMPLOYEES! (I was so impressed, I spoke with both of their supervisors.) It is hard enough to find employees who want to work, let alone who are FANTASTIC at their jobs and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE as well. I can only hope that some of you out there have the good fortune to work with either or both of these wonderful people!”
