“The Customer Service Representative was Professional and knowledgeable. The Representative stated that she could not approve on what Apps I have. Apparently living in Okeechobee Florida, there are blackout areas for Service. Note: When I had Version, there were NO areas that I had difficulty sending and receiving.
The waiting was 35 minutes in Store. Xfinity should have more CS Representatives on the floor when there is a line of 5 or more ?”
“I recently switched over to T-Mobile and had a really good experience at this location. The store was pretty busy when I came in, so there was a little bit of a wait, but I was actually impressed with how Vince, the manager, kept everything moving. He was checking in with customers, directing people to the right employees, and making sure nobody was just standing around wondering when they would be helped.
Isaac ended up helping me with my switch and he was great! He answered all of my questions, made the whole process easy, and never made me feel rushed. I’m really happy I decided to switch from my previous carrier. Even with how busy the store was, the customer service was worth the wait. Great experience overall!”
