“If you need a Metro store in Stuart, this is the one you want. If you go to the one that's nearby, you will regret it.The other store lied and said I was not eligible for a promotion, even though I had the terms in writing. They simply refused to look at them.When I went here, I was prepared for another argument, but the experience was the complete opposite. I was greeted with a smile, honesty and gratitude. My transaction was completed to my satisfaction in less than 15 minutes.The store is clean; the staff is friendly and efficient. What more could you want? Thanks for your help folks.”
“I was in the store a few days ago and had the pleasure of speaking with with Janie and Troy. I was waiting on delivery of my new Galaxy S25 Ultra and had questions about transferring data, etc. They were extremely helpful and informative about the phone. They told me that when I received the phone, to come back and they would help me with anything and everything.
I received the phone and called to see if they're working today. They aren't.
I spoke with Julian. He was also extremely kind and knowledgeable. He stated to come in anytime and he would help me with whatever questions I had. He even suggested I make a list, so not to forget and he'd help me along.
I am so happy with the customer service at this T Mobile store.
They have a stellar staff. Kind, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding.

As I walked in, he greeted me right at the front door with a smile and heard me out before jumping to conclusions unlike those 2 other horrible Franchise stores around this same area. During this entire interaction, I didn’t even realize I was dealing with the manager, I thought I was dealing with one of the sales representatives. I found this out when I wanted to give them recognition to their manager, and he replied that he was the manager. This location will forever have my loyalty and business along with all the recommendations I’m going to refer to this store. Keep up the great work Mike!”
