On time and very friendly, even when other customers were being rude to them. I had a 2 hour glucose test that bled into their lunch time and they still agreed to accommodate me. Very appreciative of their time.

Went to this place several times while living in Palm City. I just wanted to add to the vast collection of bad reviews. Yes it's bad, and honestly worse than anyone can truly describe with words. Avoid at all costs. I started driving over to the location in port St Lucie after a few experiences, and it's not a short drive, but well worth it. I can't speak on the people at the front desk, because that always changes, but never had a good experience with them. By far, the worst interactions are always with the hematologist there. Extremely rude to older folks who struggle with the digital kiosk, and rude to basically everyone I've seen come in there, including myself. Save yourself the dignity.

The inside is not new or decorated but who cares. It's clean and the staff is always very friendly. Been here many times because of a medical condition and have always been pleased with the minimal wait - I don't make an appointment - and the staff.

I had an appointment at 10:00, only one girl working in the lab. The patients we’re all waiting a long time. I waited over an hour. Unacceptable for a lab this size, very poorly run!! Prepare to wait!!

I have been to all the labs in this area & Labcorp is by far the best. Clean facilities, easy check in. Very professional and courteous staff.

I walked in 20 minutes before my schedule appointment. They got me right away with no issues and everybody was super friendly. Tammy was extremely nice and over the top friendly.

Smelled terrifying. One person working. Acted like I was bothering her. Can't make an appointment there, have to do it online thru labcorp. I left and went i quest up the road. WAY better and cleaner place.

They don't check their fax and have on multiple occasions simply said they didn't receive anything and refused to check when asked. They also only post their closing hours but don't give any clear indication of what time they stop testing. It seems to change based on how they feel that day. They were also very rude.
