Amanda was super nice and very professional. All these negative reviews are based on things out of control of the phlebotomists, and sometimes people call out. If possible, go after lunch.

I made the appointment on line, waited in the car until they called me. The area in front of the building is very dirty, but inside it is what you’d expect. The technician provided a chatty relaxing experience. Very gentle procedure.
