“Friendly personnel and helpful. Clean store. This one is NOT my "home store", but I was in the area. Pleasant surprise that there was no problem to returning an item to another store in another town. Item was the wrong thing. My mistake. Have shopped Big Lots for over 30 years, in other states.”

“Great prices, clean and organized, with super nice associates and easy checkout. I love the selection of clothes, kitchen stuff, bedding, and home decor. Overall, the store has a variety of products, helpful associates, and ample parking. I always tend to find unique items and decor I can't find anywhere else. Even when busy, the store never feels chaotic and seems to have enough employees to assist the customers. Great store! I love coming here”
“The ladies at customer service were working at a reasonable pace. However by combining Kohls related things and Amazon returns, it slows things down. I liked it when there was a separate area for Amazon and leave customer service to Kohls issues.”

“There are all brands, sizes and prices, highly recommended, go with time, money and willingness to measure everything, recommendation is to go with comfortable clothes that you can put on and take off easily. There are some sections that say clearance, these are the biggest discounts that the store has, the shoes you should look carefully at the sizes, sometimes the same people put them where they are not and the sizes themselves can vary”
“I hate how it's not an outlet anymore. Prices have definitely gone way up. However this is a well put together store. Loved how the options for Christmas gifts were together.”

“Clean. Good layout. Employees seem nice. The lady with short gray hair who works in the evenings as the door greeter is a sweetheart!!! There is a Hispanic woman who works the Self Checkout that is also really nice. All the employees (except for 1 punk kid who I've only run into once) I've dealt with have been great. Shelves are pretty full. They are busy restocking nightly.”
