“Thank you to Gina my technician and angel that put me at ease with her compassion / kindness and did a wonderful job replacing my tires! God Bless! She is an asset to the department! -Amanda”
“We went in got our transmission flushed. We were in and out in no time. Amazing customer service!! Price was great, tech was super knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming back. Alexis and Christian are amazing people doing a great job with their team.”
“Great place to have service done! I Had a nail in my tire so came to Mavis in The Villages to have it looked at. The place was very clean and efficient! Very friendly staff!! Definitely recommend coming here.”
“Fast and quality service. I waited for my repair and they serviced no less than 15 cars while I waited. They are moving through repairs! This is THE place to go for auto repairs and tire service. Fast and friendly, good prices and been in business for a long time.”
“I was highly satisfied with my experience and always am due to Angel working there. I request him every time, he does a wonderful job! He is very thorough, positive and honest which are rare qualities now a days. I do wish that the price hadn't go up so high. Other than that everything was great.”
“Most honest and sincere person we have ever used. Went
beyond helping us and explaining everything that was done. I would not use anyone else. Cost was excellent.”
“I did wait a bit over “ten” minutes about 20 minutes before they actually got started, nevertheless great service. Thanks Natalie! ♥”
“Very good experience, The two guys working, we're good at what they did. Josh, I can't remember the second guys name. Seth! Just remembered. Very detailed, explained everything well. They were thorough. They tried their best to up-sale services like coolant ect. I just didn't need it this time around. Checked air filter, cabin filter which my doesn't have. I was impressed they new that. Tire pressure. If I was management I would make sure to keep these two guys around. He'll give them a raise, they deserve it. The price was reasonable because I had a coupon. Your price for synthetic is insanely high. I can buy the Mobll one synthetic oil, change it myself for cheaper than your basic oil change price.
You should absolutely lower your prices on your top tier oil changes. I know there's a sucker born everyday but stop it.”
“I have lived in Ocala for 15 years. I have used 3 other major shops in the area. I have 5 cars, 3 of which are Muscle cars that I will only accept top level work, and I want only the best for my cars. It is for those reasons I am loyal to Brain at Bednar's auto repair. I have 3 dozen or more receipts from the shop over the last 8+ years I have used them. Brian has done every from putting in a new transmission, installed a Holley Sniper EFI system in two of my cars, fix rear axel problems, new 4 wheel disc systems, AC and a myriad of other repairs on my cars. He is the best in town, and is honest, unlike some other shops in town. I know him well and he knows my standards, and he always calls with the estimate prior to conducting repairs. Net, net he is class act, and I have full confidence in the work he performs.”
“There was a misunderstanding regarding the charge I received for what was supposed to be free wiper blades along with my oil change. I left my concerns in their survey and the next day I was contacted and all was made right. It's great to see customer service like that.”
“Im handicapped and couldn't get out of my truck because I didnt have my mobility chair. I needed .y oul changed and the h went beyond to accommodate me and actually changed my oil outside the little guy was awsome I think the manager was the guy who did it for me. He was from the Dominican Republic awsome guy”
“I went in for a simple tire repair after waking up to a flat tire and a fencing nail in my tire. The repair was super quick and didn't cost a thing with my Walmart+. The man that checked my car in had a great sense of humor and made my morning better because of it. I wish I could remember his name but I do not. I highly recommend this Walmart for you car care needs!”
