“My husband and I went into the store for help with my Husband’s phone, it was dropping calls. Dylan, their sales rep greeted us warmly, and was eager to assist us with the problem. He was knowledgeable and really wanted to help us. He helped my husband troubleshoot and gave us several different options, not an instant “you just need a new phone.” After he spent probably an hour in total helping us while assisting his other customers as well, we decided to buy a new phone. He explained the options, helped us find our best option, along with finding the right case and installing a new screen protector that we purchased. Now, customers of cricket for over 2 years already, we will be staying with cricket and recommending them to our family and friends. We also need a new IPhone for our daughter and he advised us of a promotion that would save us some money. 110% effort. If you are thinking about switching or need an upgrade, go to the GIBSONTON store and ask for Dylan.”
“Had the best experience at this location then any other in the area! I’ve had many problems over the years with this phone and decided I needed a well overdue upgrade. The girl who helped me, her name was Amya and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’m a little older, so I don’t know much about phones, I was a little lost on what to do. “Girl yall got working overnights is always no food while she’s chilling in the corner with what im guessing is her boyfriend behind the counter, doing the bare minimum. I’m not one to call in complaints, but I’m definitely making the calls. Love day and morning shift they are always so helpful and have the best service, but overnight girl is a joke and needs to go. Pull up the cams if you need to verify and see

“I don’t know who’s working right now at this location. It is 3:15 P.m. on Tuesday, April 21. I did not get her name I was in and out so quick. This has consistently been a great 7-Eleven. Always clean and always always always extremely friendly. The young lady who was working today was so friendly and so welcoming and I always come here anyway, but even if I didn’t, I would come back here just because the way she greets people and treats people when they’re cashing out.
