He worked through all the options and helped us find the option that best fit our budget. He also walked us through all of the steps to upgrade everything was professional through the entire process. We also had assistance from Adam, Emanuel, and Michael who all helped out during the process. There were a lot of steps with everything we needed to do. “The last time we visited this store my husband had a bad experience with the previous staff. We recently came back to this store and met Avalon. She was incredibly knowledgeable. She educated us on various phones, was very clear on the trade in value of our current phone, and the costs associated with whatever phone we chose to upgrade with. We couldn't make up our minds on what phone we wanted to go with so we returned the next day and she set us up with the phone of our choice. Most importantly, she stayed 45 minutes past her shift to make sure that the sentimental voice memos and texts from my mom transferred through to my new phone. Thank you for everything Avalon.”

“My husband and I went into the store for help with my Husband’s phone, it was dropping calls. Dylan, their sales rep greeted us warmly, and was eager to assist us with the problem. He was knowledgeable and really wanted to help us. He helped my husband troubleshoot and gave us several different options, not an instant “you just need a new phone.” After he spent probably an hour in total helping us while assisting his other customers as well, we decided to buy a new phone. He explained the options, helped us find our best option, along with finding the right case and installing a new screen protector that we purchased. Now, customers of cricket for over 2 years already, we will be staying with cricket and recommending them to our family and friends. We also need a new IPhone for our daughter and he advised us of a promotion that would save us some money. 110% effort. If you are thinking about switching or need an upgrade, go to the GIBSONTON store and ask for Dylan.”

“I had brought my phone in to get a new charging port put in. The gentleman who helped me was very kind. Several times he even apologized for a wait which wasn't even long at all. Overall, the service here is beyond amazing, the price is far from outrageous, and if you have a simple issue then you should expect to be in and out fairly quickly if the place isn't busy.
Yet, when I did bring in my phone, it did get busy and I waited less than an hour to get my phone back. I would recommend going here highly.”

“I have a ps5 for around 6 years now. About 4 years ago it began to have problems with the hdmi input. It finally gave out on me last week and completely stopped working. Took it here and they replaced the port and it works great now, would recommend.”
