“Decent experience, except for Heidi. If she is the manager, then smh, she makes the place feel unwelcome, and she blatantly lied to me when I tried to get tracking information, claiming that the store had no records of shipments after the day is over, but I called and someone else was able to help me right away. Thats wrong, Heidi, and I see what type of person you are. Deceitful and shady.”

“The customer service at this UPS Store has always been top-notch. I recently visited to inquire about a custom printing project, and the team took the time to explain the available options. Zach recommended the best solution for my needs, and the final product turned out amazing. I definitely know where I'll be going for my future printing needs. Thanks to the entire team for the outstanding service!”

“Went in with several amazon returns. I was able to do the majority of them at the self-service kiosk. Some of them required an associate because of Amazon wanting them in a box. Very friendly staff, clean location. I never have a problem here!”
