“You get more bees with honey (or whatever that saying is!?!) I make it a point to be sweet to Doreen and she's always kind back to me. She even gave me some packing materials for free around Christmas because she was out of bubble wrap and someone had dropped off a bag of packing Styrofoam peanuts earlier that day. For Valentine's Day I baked some cookies for her and she was very appreciative.Smile at her and be glad there's a post office in our little town!!”

It seems like nowadays customer service is going down the drain, but this lady went above and beyond. Her name is Karissa and she really was a fantastic employee. Smile on her face the entire time and you could tell she cared about the customers!”

“I always have a pleasant experience at this UPS location. Staff, especially Aurora are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Always greeted when I come in and acknowledged if there is a wait. Store is clean, parking can be sparse on a Saturday since there are other businesses in this shopping center.”

“I love this UPS location. I came in and I had to print and cut many different prints with different sizes . Emily was absolutely helpful and great customer service. She did a great job !!! I would definitely come back and ask for her if I need to print and cut some documents. I would definitely recommend to my other coworkers!!!”
