“Our son who got a flat tire on Easter Sunday just could not say enough about his experience with this auto care center. Specifically, he was so impressed with Miguel and as parents who live far away we are so grateful for Miguel at the Walmart auto center! He took such good care of our son and was so kind and courteous to him. He fixed our son Alex’s tire and helped him with a few other things. My son actually emailed corporate to let them know what an exceptional job Miguel did! Thank you, Miguel for your professionalism, kindness, and the speed of which you got my son back on the road.”

“Rosemarie was a lifesaver today! Bays got backed up and she made sure my appointment time was honored after overhearing my conversation with one of her staff. She reprioritized her staff, got my tires on, and out the door! I truly appreciate her triage & prompt resolution skills!”
