My car had been without AC for two months and I had quotes from other companies to repair the AC for 5000+ someone referred me to express oil change and they found all that was needed was a quick fix for only $300 total this company had saved me over $4000 in compared to other companies and I’m grateful for their honesty and although they were very busy that day they were able to diagnose and fix my car within one business day”

“I needed a lawn mower tire reseated that came off the bead. I tried my best, but I could not get the tire to reseat on my own. I asked a guy named Anthony if he could help me out. He took care of it in about 10 minutes. I think it was Johnny the owner, told me no charge. Man I was really happy to have this fixed and they weren't going to charge me. This is as good of service as you can get and now there is no way I would go anywhere else. If I need any work done on my tires or if I am buying new tires, I will absolutely be coming here. Hats off to Johnny's for top notch service (shout out to Anthony). You have my business in the future! Thank you for taking care of my issue quickly. “Erick M. is a high quality professional technician. Erick had every opportunity to sell me a more expensive service (windshield replacement) which I would have probably paid for. However, Erick assessed my vehicle and assured me a replacement was completely unnecessary and he could fix the leak with a simple repair. Erick explained what he observed as the issue and showed evidence for it, explained how this probably occurred to my vehicle, described what steps he would take to make the repair before performing any work, and then graciously answered any questions I raised as he performed the work and encourage me to watch. Couldn't be happier with the service, and about 6 months later I haven't had any additional problems with water leaks in that windshield. I highly recommend them.Service: Water leak repair”

“I had a scraping noise coming from my car and stopped by to have it checked out after another mechanic did not return my messages. They were friendly, professional, and had the team take a look right away. They quickly found that the underbody splash shield had come loose and secured it as a courtesy. I really appreciated how helpful and honest everyone was. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find a shop with great customer service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future. Highly recommend! Thank you to Alex for the quick repair on the spot and for Juan for answering the phone and my many questions.”

“Needed 2 tires. Called them, arrived in 15 minutes after the guy was friendly on the phone. Pulled up, got 2 new tires replaced and paid all in about 30 minutes. The workers are very hard working and take their job seriously. Prices were good too. The same tires at a chain tire and brakes store across from Walmart was almost 140$ more expensive. Southshore is a good little place. Highly recommend”

“I dont know where to start with this review. Joe and his team are honest, helpful, and will not steer you wrong. We have had 2 cars fixed there now. One was major, a motor replacement, and the other was a complete walk through on a vehicle we bought for our daughter. From start to finish both occasions were great. We felt informed and treated fairly. Which some times is not the case when work is done at a shop. If you need something done to your car, I highly recommend you make the call to Total Automotive Services.”
