“Tom is an absolute gem and I always enjoy visiting him at this post office. He is extremely competent, friendly, and runs his location flawlessly. To the USPS higher ups - this man deserves lifetime job security, generous raises, and a comfortable retirement package. Tom should be used as a model for other employees in customer facing roles.”
“Clerk Jill always goes above and beyond, she knowledgeable and courteous. I visited this office because my local office at 13266 Byrd Dr STE 100, Odessa, FL 33556-5309 was not able to help with the return receipt that USPS never delivered for the very important mail and even their supervisor was telling me that "he can only access records within his zip code", However, Jill (she was not even a supervisor) printed out electronic return receipt for my delivered certified letter and provided detailed contact information for the office in NY. Thus, I did not need to file any claims and had a delivery proof on hands within 5 minutes of visiting this office. Thank you so much, Jill! I hope you will be promoted to a supervisor.”
“You get more bees with honey (or whatever that saying is!?!) I make it a point to be sweet to Doreen and she's always kind back to me. She even gave me some packing materials for free around Christmas because she was out of bubble wrap and someone had dropped off a bag of packing Styrofoam peanuts earlier that day. For Valentine's Day I baked some cookies for her and she was very appreciative.Smile at her and be glad there's a post office in our little town!!”
“Went in with several packages to mail out to friends and family in various parts of the U.S. I was very fortunate to have been tended to by the kind gentleman on the Far Right. He was very Knowledgeable, super Patient with me and all my questions and provided Friendly Service with a smile! Thank you for helping me with all the info I needed to get my parcels delivered before Christmas! I got in and out of there super fast - apologies to the folks in line who might not have because I had so many things to ask about. I don't get out to the post office too much, and there were quite a few things I needed to know. ? Thanks Again, USPS‼️”

“Great place. The staff is always friendly and they a efficient. I've been coming here for some time now at least 4 years and I have not had a bad experience. Everyone has consistently helped me or other in the store., so I'm not sure where those low reviews are coming from. I think his name is Angel, not sure but he has been there for sometime and is very helpful..they all are!”
