They have no hours, they lock the door whenever they want. They are extremely RUDE, any time you walk in it’s like you are bothering them. It’s been 5 years I live in sunny isles nothing has changed. Now I drive to the Post office in Hallandale.

I visited the USPS in Sunny Isles Beach on August 6 and was genuinely surprised by the service! The woman at the counter was incredibly kind, polite, and pleasant — which is quite rare for this location. Usually, the staff here can be rather rude, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for the warm and respectful service — I truly hope this becomes the new standard!

This was an incredibly disappointing first-time experience. On July 21, the woman working alone Black with braids, singing to herself was extremely unprofessional and rude. At one point, she stopped assisting customers to complain to a postal worker about not receiving overtime pay, saying he was doing the job she should have been paid extra for. Honestly, maybe she didn’t get the overtime because her work pace was slow and her attitude unpleasant.
When it was finally my turn and I was standing by my boxes not even approaching her window she loudly said, “Don’t come to the window, don't come there’s a sign to wait until you’re called.” I hadn’t even moved toward her window yet. I said who is she talking to IDK if she heard it but definitely the others around me. Her tone and attitude were unnecessary and made an already frustrating wait feel even worse. Absolutely not the kind of service anyone deserves.

Very poor service and bad treatment. They take their break by closing the branch and leaving the customer without a response. Please improve that. It's the only one in the city.

If I could put -munse star i would! Absolutely disrespectful rude with no manners, Cristina is a horrible person 0 costumer service!
I forgot my Stanley there then when I come back after 30 minutes they say the cleaning department truh it! 30 minutes!
I had several issues with them I even made a complaint to the general USPS but nothing yet!
Unfortunately it's the only post office in Sunny Isles Beach, so I need to go there but it's literally worse experience that I ever had! And it's definitely not only me no wonder they have 1 star reviews from many people from Sunny Isles and the area!
Hope some one will be able to actually do something!

Seems to be a pattern based on other reviews.
First time here, July 9 the at 2:47. Waited until 3:10 and revived no service nor any signs of someone working there. I asked the main lobby front desk and they said they’re on “break”.
Just close it down.

This branch is awful. It’s closed in the middle of working hours and there is no sign on the door explaining why it’s closed. Customers standing outside frustrated and angry. Knocking doesn’t help. Total disregard and disrespect.

Today I went to the location with my son, and unfortunately, we had a terrifying and very unpleasant experience. We were attended by two women who, from the very beginning, showed a completely inappropriate attitude. They did not respond to our greetings, even though I greeted them twice with the intention of being polite and so they would realize they need to greet out of basic courtesy.
The treatment we received was terrible: a loud tone of voice, angry faces, zero willingness to explain anything, and when they finally gave information, they did so quickly and with gestures that made us feel like they wanted to get us out of there.
I don’t understand how they can hire people with these characteristics: zero empathy, zero service vocation, zero willingness to work. The only thing they achieve is scaring people away and leaving a negative impression of the place.
I am someone who deeply values emotional intelligence, and it pains me to see people like this in customer service roles. They are clearly going through a difficult personal time, but that does not justify mistreating others. These women are not suitable to work there, nor anywhere that requires human kindness.
I urgently ask the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE to take immediate action regarding this situation.
We do NOT deserve this kind of treatment, gentlemen!

90% of the visits to this USPS office truly awful. Two female staff members are incredibly unpleasant and unhelpful, making the entire experience very unbearable. They clearly don't care about their job and hate what they do, always unhappy faces, always feels like they are doing me a favor and I owe them for the fact they work there.
They do not respond to the phone(said they are not supposed to answer at this location).
Once I came to the location and it was closed till 12 o'clock!! Because the employee did not come!
Laziest people I've seen, and all because there is no Owner, just the Government.

This place is not even deserving of 1 star. The women who work here are consistently rude, mean, angry with every single person walking into the post office. I came today at 14:50, and the door was locked. 10 minutes later the employee opened the door to let the customer out and told us that she was going to take her lunch. There were 5 more people outside of the door and on our request if she was going to open the post office we didn't get a clear answer. I'm permanently disabled and beside me was another person in the wheelchair. RegarIess of our request sit was no clear answer regarding further hours of operation. I think this person doesn't deserve to work for the federal government and get all the benefits.

Don’t come to this post office. The people that work there need customer service education. From the moment I walked in you can hear an employee yelling at another employee and than brings that same attitude to the customer. You cannot ask for assistance without being barked at like a dog. This place is disgusting I have no idea how these people have a job in this industry.

The whole office needs to be fired. Insanely rude and negative employees.

If you love dealing with rude, disrespectful, pathetic, very angry, judgmental individuals, then this is the place for all your postal needs. Not one individual who works here deserves to have a job. Fire all of them. Truly appalling. Please privatize USPS asap.
