Martha is simply the best. Both, my husband and I have bought twice from her. We always come back to this Sunrise location because she is professional, knowledgeable and has the best attitude and customer service. THANKS MARTHA!!! The first frame I received was defective, clearly crooked. They attempted to fix it by heating and manually adjusting it, but it only got worse. Thankfully, the store manager offered to replace it with a new frame that was in perfect condition.
However, when I received the new frame, one of the lenses was loose. The same manager then offered to replace the lenses entirely. When I returned to pick them up, the store representative told me I had to take a new pair of lenses with a new frame and return the one that was in perfect condition.
To my surprise, the “new frame” turned out to be the same deformed one they had initially tried to fix. I even showed the rep the difference by comparing it with the good frame, but the rep insisted there was nothing wrong with it and said the only option was to come back a fourth time to speak with the manager again.
I’ll never come back to this place again….

Walked in and was greeted quickly by a very nice young man. He helped fix my son's glasses by replacing a screw and straightening them with no charge at all. Great customer service. Will definitely be cack

We always had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters in Sawgrass for many years thanks to Sarah! She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. She took the time to answer all my questions, gave me honest advice, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Her professionalism and warm personality truly stood out. We left feeling very happy and confident with my choice. Thank you, Sarah, for the excellent customer service…I highly recommend her to anyone visiting LensCrafters Sawgrass!

God is so GOOD & so is Martha! From the moment my son and I walked into the store, I felt the positive energy coming from Ms Martha. We’re fairly new to the area almost 2 yrs in Sunrise, Fl and I must say this was the very first time we dealt with someone that made us feel like family so genuine caring and professional. I had the greatest experience with the sales rep Elizabeth. She was extremely helpful and helped me pick the right frames and less package that suited my needs. She listened and answered, this girl deserves a promotion. My experience with the Doctor and receptionist was equally as enjoyable. I’d recommend this location 10/10

10 stars! Went in because my daughter’s ray bans lost the screw and they did a phenomenal job replacing it! Great customer service and quick too! Will gladly come back!
