Took my vehicle in for servicing and it was inspected after which everything was pointed out to me what needed to be taken care of. Lorenzo, my service advisor, was very patient and pleasant as he explained to me my options, what needed to be done promptly and what needs to be done in the near future…. No pressure.
I was provided with a loaner as some updating had to be done to the radio which would take a little longer than the regular servicing. That lounge where I waited while they processed the loaner, was clean and comfortable.
When the vehicle was ready, I was contacted via a phone call. Overall, great experience….. thanks Lorenzo

I purchased my Kia Seltos 2021 via my brother who lives fort Lauderdale on 8-31-2025. I live in Cape Coral and on Tuesday 9/3 my SUV was having a trembling while driving. I took it Kia of Cape Coral and had it diagnosed. They found a problem and didn't want to be responsible for the repair. My brother called Rick Case Kia and the sent a flat bed on Wednesday (9/3). I will get muy SUV on 9/6. Your service went above and beyond.

As any other time I have taken my Kia Telluride for service at the Kia Sunrise I was very satisfied with the service provided this past week. The Service Dept’s personnel was pleasant and attentive from the moment I drove my vehicle into that area of the building. Zack Ramos, the assigned technician, was very professional and helpful. I appreciated his assistance.

Arrived earlier than appointment and got taken care of promptly. The service attendant greeted me with a smile and eye contact eager to help. He walked me through all of the steps as this was my first time having my car serviced. He assured me of any plans I did or didn’t have and then briefly explained future expenses and regular checkups and their required milestones again as my car is leased and this is my first service. We had engaging convo as he filled in my paperwork. Then showed me the waiting room. I did enjoy a coffee and breakfast from the cafe which was also amazing service. Service drive thru, service tech area and waiting area were all clean and tidy. Wonderful service with a smile and very helpful.

False advertisement ...
They make you think you can get you out of your current vehicle no matter how much you owe or how many miles your car has ... no matter if it's a lease or purchase...so you call...confirm this is not just a gimmick and be told no it's true we can get you out and get you into a new car.
Well guess what.....LIES...drove all the way up to Sawgrass for Nothing!
Thank you Rick Case for nothing wasting my time, and adding miles to my car and not to mention your employees time...wasting time taking all the information and then taking us for a test drive all parties involved hoping to get back and sign and go...but No...Just
making them think that every one coming in was going to be a successful transaction.
While I was there everyone that walked in...walked out the same way....

Service Advisor Julie Skaine was extremely helpful in getting my car maintenance performed in a timely manner! Her pleasant demeanor was an added bonus, as she made my first service appointment at this dealership a very pleasurable experience!!! I would recommend her to anyone visiting Rick Case Kia Service.
