Leased two cars this year with Rick Case Kia and the sales experience was great both times. That’s why I returned for a second car. This was my first time now getting service on one of my cars and having to deal with the service department for the first time. I can honestly say from experience that the service from the service department was top notch! Julia and Heitor made my experience so much better. They treat you well, you feel like you’re talking to a family member or a friend, keep you updated all the way through, always smiling, always courteous. Zero attitude. I was in and out in less that an hour and a half. Recommend getting your service done here 1000%. Ask for for Julia and Heitor. Thank me later.

I always knew and said when I'm ready for a new car it would be Rick Case. Reviews were always good, seen their advertisement all the time. Just had a good feeling with them. So went down to Sunrise and walked in. Looked around and was a little nervous looking at the sales men ready to help. But then turned and there he was Herb Sedler. Something about him, can't explain it but that was the one for me. From start to finish he was wonderful. It was like I knew him forever. Explained everything to me as we went along until I understood what was what. It was a pleasure working with him. I want to thank him again and I believe her name was Carol in the finance department. She was so sweet and went over all the paperwork throughly. And a big thank you to Rick Case, just love my Kia, k4 2025 LXS

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Rick Case Kia, and it was all thanks to Michael and Jamal. From start to finish, Michael was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. Jamal in finance was just as exceptional — he explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident with every decision.
Purchasing two vehicles could have been overwhelming, but Michael and Jamal worked seamlessly together to make the process efficient and enjoyable. I truly felt valued as a customer and never felt rushed or pressured.
