“Excellent experience not once but twice! First, our Nissan Rogue transmission went out. For most, a bad transmission is a major concern. Where do you even begin? So glad we came to Transmissio Pro and spoke to Mike. He sat us down and went over our options, clearly stating the details of each option and costs associated. We made our decision and Mike went to work on it. Before you know, we get a call to come pick up the Rogue. We drove it and it was perfect ?
Just called in again as the transmission went out on my Ford. Again, Mike gathered the information he needed, he made some calls and he found that my transmission was still covered by my extended warranty (which I had purchased when I bought my used car from Ford). In my mind, that warranty had already expired (it expires in less than 3 weeks!) How happy was I when Mike called me back to tell me I was covered under warrantyfrom Ford and to have it towed there! If I could leave 10 Stars I would! If you have an issue with your transmission, or any other vehicle service you may need, do not hesitate to call!

“Ya know, in the auto service industry these days you almost have to wear a bullet proof vest before going in for any service , cuz they going to rob you as if they had a pistol in their hand. But Don and Warren really made me feel great, I came to them with an emergency problem on the highway home, being a Limousine, you can’t get those serviced on a dime, but these guys took me in and repaired my brakes in one day. “Great towing experience. Fast, not crazy expensive and great customer service.
My golf gti was having temperature/engine issues and could not drive it for fear of overheating the engine. Me and my wife called multiple tow truck companies but after 2 failed attempts (they showed up and said my car was too low) I called A&A. I made sure he was aware that my car was lowered to which he said would not be an issue. And he was right! No issue!
I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew. He even took a look at the car for a sec to make sure the issue with the car wasn’t user error.
Will definitely be using this company in the future and recommending it to others.”
