They were quick to call me about what was wrong, were friendly, and were reasonably priced (alternator and battery replacement). They had it done before noon the next day. They could have tried to add other unrelated repairs that were not necessary (i know my car has some other minor issues), but they did not. For that alone, they deserve a 6th star on the review.”

A road test is always performed to check on the problem and the correct measures to be taken. A phone call is always made to me to tell me what was found and what the repair cost will be. He barely made it there because the drive shaft had broken two blocks before getting there, but we made it there by the grace of God. We got there a little bit early had to wait a little bit but upon entering the establishment we were greeted with a very pleasant welcoming being that this is our first time here we were recommended here by another gentleman,
They ended up having to get the part from the dealership being that it's a Jeep truck had to wait a few days but it was expected. “Car wouldn't start even after a jump. Brian came to my car same-day, diagnosed, and replaced the battery. Service took about 20 minutes in the unforgiving sun. Car is still driving good as new one week later. I doubt my car would have been ready to drive the next morning had I had it towed to an autoshop. Price was reasonable. Recommended.”

“This is my second time coming to Jersey Mike. He is amazing! First time my car was pulling so badly I had to struggle to keep it on the road. Turned out the place that sold me my tires put all four bad tires on my car. Jersey Mike showed me how bad the tires were. I needed four new tires. The price was awesome less than I paid the guy that gave me the bad tires. He changed all my tires and did I it quickly. I was there today and he patched a tire. I ran over a pice of metal. He had me come in on my lunch hour he fixed the tire and I was on my way with plenty of time to grab a bite to eat before I had to be back to work. I will never take my car anywhere else.
