“Took my car there yesterday per AAA recommendation after a tow. Was a little hesitant when I saw the location, but I really only cared about the actual repairs. They were quick to call me about what was wrong, were friendly, and were reasonably priced (alternator and battery replacement). They had it done before noon the next day. They could have tried to add other unrelated repairs that were not necessary (i know my car has some other minor issues), but they did not. For that alone, they deserve a 6th star on the review.”

“I recommend avoiding the Northdale location and going to the Bearss Ave location instead. My experience was completely different between the two.
At the Northdale store, Stephen repeatedly refused to do the work and then quoted me $420 just to mount and balance my wheels. It was a slap in the face as he tried taking advantage of my situation.
The next morning, I scheduled an appointment at the Bearss Ave location with Michael and Ernesto. They were honest, professional, and took care of everything without any hassle. The total came to $140, which was fair, and the work was done quickly and correctly.
A huge thank you to Michael and Ernesto for providing excellent customer service and treating customers with honesty and respect. They earned my business, and I’ll gladly return to the Bearss Ave location.”

No other service advisor has been more helpful or prompt in over a decade than he has been in the past year. He's helped me resolve several major issues, and last-minute car emergencies in same day situations.

“My husband, Anthony, scheduled an appointment yesterday with the service center at Ed Morse Cadillac Sawgrass because one of our tire sensors was not functioning properly. He specifically requested Aldo, who assisted us last year when we lost a key fob during our drive to South Florida.
Once again, Aldo, a service advisor, exceeded our expectations. When my husband arrived, all of the paperwork had already been prepared, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Aldo is truly exceptional. In addition to resolving the sensor issue, the team conducted a thorough inspection of all four tires and discovered a nail in one of them. They promptly repaired it.
My husband could not be more pleased with the outstanding service provided by this service center.”

“May have been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Edwin was fantastic. I initially called in and usually, a dealership won’t do much until you actually walk in, but Edwin worked a deal for me and I was signing paperwork that night. Picked up the vehicle three days later and such a seemless process. Edwin even sent an uber to get me to the dealership as I traded my car in elsewhere. Upon getting to Cadillac, my new car was fully detailed and charged, waiting right out front. Edwin spent 30plus minutes going over every single detail of the vehicle, including the different drive styles while on a test drive. “I recently had my vehicle repaired at Sawgrass Ford Collision Center and worked with Robin Turner, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He assisted me with my insurance company, Gallagher Bassett, which took quite a long time to process everything. Despite the delays, Robin stayed on top of things, communicated clearly, and worked closely with me to resolve every issue that came up.
When I received my car, I noticed that the 12V outlets were no longer following the factory default setting—which is usually around 70 minutes before they shut off. This change affected my dash camera, which I rely on to record footage even after the car is turned off. I had been receiving notifications about it through the Ford app but wasn’t sure how to fix it. Robin and I spent about 30 minutes trying to resolve it, and when we couldn’t figure it out, he quickly scheduled a service appointment for the following day to have it reset to factory settings.
Even though there were unexpected hiccups with the insurance process and technical issues with the car, Robin remained professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled properly. I appreciate his dedication and the team’s effort to go above and beyond. I definitely recommend Sawgrass Ford Collision Center, especially if you get the chance to work with Robin!”
