This is the most ridiculous post office branch online, I woukd suggest never attempting to use this location! First you have to park in BFE just like your going into a store at mall, then go all the way inside mall to locate it ..faster to find next closest location fyi

This place is completely dilapidated and the service is slow. There was one guy manning the registers and a woman just kind of milling about. Took 20 minutes to get through 2 customers

2 customers ahead of me. Waited 45 mins and had to leave without being served because my lunch break was about to end. Absolutely ridiculous. When I left the line had about 10 people behind me (out the door) and no additional staff to come out and help.
