“1000 stars! Outstanding service
I came in needing a notary for some urgent documents, and I was AMAZED to learn they also offer apostille services right there on the spot. I was fully prepared to travel to Tallahassee after notarizing the document just to get the apostille done, but thanks to Laura, I didn’t have to. She took the time to clearly explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made what I thought would be a stressful situation quick and efficient. Mailtime saved me so much time and energy… I can’t recommend them enough!”

“Shoutout to Michael. I came in to buy stamps and the line was all the way to the door, with Michael as the only one working the desk. Customers were understandably frustrated by the wait, but he remained kind, patient, and respectful with everyone while making a clear effort to keep the line moving efficiently. With the holidays approaching, it was extremely busy, yet Michael handled it all on his own and did an amazing job. Thank you, Michael, and happy holidays!”

“If you are looking for a place to send your packages, this USPS is the best. Iara is great, friendly, professional and efficient. She answers my questions and completes the transaction in a timely efficient manner every single time. It’s the only USPS I have used for years now. Over the years, with sending packages within the state, across the US and internationally, Iara has provided excellent customer service so that my needs and concerns were met and my packages delivered successfully. Highly recommend.”

“This was our first time using this post office, and we will definitely be back! The employees are friendly, fun, and very competent.
It was a pleasure doing business there!”

“The staff are always professional. You can expect a line on Monday mornings. Parking is good. Prices are outrageous. The place is shabby and understocked . Federal government has been trying to privatize US Postal Service’s for eight years and I don’t like that. There used to be something called “public” services and that used to be considered a good thing. I still consider public services a good thing. I’d rather my tax dollars go to public services than to war.”

“Tucked conveniently inside a Chevron gas station, this small and quaint United States Postal Service location offers a surprisingly smooth and efficient experience for all your mailing needs. It may not be a full-sized post office, but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in convenience and ease.

One of the biggest advantages of this location is how quick and hassle-free everything is. Whether you’re dropping off a package, buying stamps, or sending out a last-minute letter, the process is straightforward and efficient. There’s rarely a long wait, which is a huge plus compared to larger, busier post office branches.

The setup inside the Chevron is simple but well-organized, making it easy to get in and out without confusion. It’s perfect for people on the go—especially if you’re already stopping for gas or snacks. Having postal services available in such a convenient spot saves time and makes everyday errands much easier to manage.

The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that even in a smaller space, customers still receive the support they need. They’re knowledgeable about mailing options and happy to assist with any questions, which adds to the overall positive experience.

Overall, this compact USPS location is a hidden gem. It’s quick, convenient, and incredibly practical for handling everyday postal tasks without the stress of long lines or crowded lobbies. If you’re looking for an easy way to take care of your mailing needs, this spot inside Chevron is a great choice.”

“Co-worker recommended it. Went one night and it was chained off closed, went one morning and the line had 6 cars (too long for me). Went tonight after work and chain was down, went in, paid the basic to try and drove my car up to the wash. Attendant scrubbed and pressure washed my car from top to bottom, front and back and tires. Then the car went through the actual car wash tunnel. I was impressed! I’ve tried 3 car wash clubs in Florida where attendants “pre-wash” and these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Hands down, best care for your car. Vacuum I tried, there’s about 6 spots, nothing out of the ordinary, and smooth. Four stars for me just on the schedule part not knowing when they operate. Other than that, great experience.”

“Cute and clean USPS near all the shops. I don't know why there are bad reviews. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Didn't feel a typical slow post post office. Even while the clerk was helping me she checked on a customer looking for something on the shelves. Multitasking and helpful .”

“I went to this post office to send a card, and when I arrived, there were about six people ahead of me. Surprisingly, the wait was very short — maybe only 5 to 7 minutes.
The employees were all smiling, friendly, and genuinely helpful with every customer. Arron was the person who helped me, and he was extremely kind. When I asked about different stamp designs, he went out of his way to find several options for me, including flowers, birds, and more, so I could choose the ones I liked best. He also helped me buy a booklet because I wanted extra stamps to keep at home.
I had an amazing experience here, and honestly, I’ve always had wonderful experiences at this USPS location. But seeing Arron take the extra step to help me find the perfect stamps really stood out. He could have easily said, “These are the only ones we have,” but instead, he went above and beyond with such a kind and positive attitude.
For that, he absolutely deserves these 5 stars. Thank you, Arron!”

“This is a very good USPS office. It's generally well stocked, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the wait is usually not bad. It's my go-to when I need to go to a USPS location.”

“I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. Lately, they have not had enough staff on the front during peak times. I do like the staff usually, but feel like they are stretched too thin and that can be exhausting for them and the patrons. The self help machine doesn't always function properly. The location is great and generally easy to find parking.”

“Initial Review (5 stars - 02/28/2026) - I was in Fort Lauderdale for a professional development event and realized that I had forgotten to mail a bill prior to leaving my out-of-state home. I needed a quick remedy to send my payment to ensure that the vendor received it on time. This USPS office was the closest one to my hotel and to my training location. The postal clerk was pleasant and so helpful. She understood what I needed to accomplish and guided me through preparing the materials to mail my payment. I return to this area regularly for work purposes. If I have a similar issue in the future, I will definitely patronize this post office location. It was a great experience!”

“This is a small boutique USPS store located in the rear of Coral Ridge Mall in East Fort Lauderdale.

The agent was polite and helpful, and I was happily surprised that they provide different types of black markers for their customers to self-serve their shipping needs.

I came in with my box ready to ship, but because the contents were fragile, I asked if they had stickers or tape labeled, FRAGILE, for added protection. That's when the agent directed me to the self-serve counter to use the fat marker and label my box accordingly.

There weren't a lot of customers in the store. I was the second in line both times and the wait was good, compared to other USPS locations.

The one thing which is very confusing is that the entrance is the exit and those who go into the entrance to access their PO Boxes, have to walk all the way around, instead of simply across (one set of doors is to the left and another set to the right) to enter the store.

While there may be an unseen purpose in having done this, it's not common logic for their customers--and it's inconvenient to have to walk around on the sidewalk to get to the entranceway.

Withal, it was a positive experience!”

“The staff at this branch is always very helpful, kind, and mad funny every time i’ve been! Most of the complaints i’ve seen should be directed to our government, not the postage workers who are just trying to do their jobs”

“Ann Marie went above and beyond to try and help me resolve an issue I was having. I can't speak highly enough about her. This branch is lucky to have her. Thank you!!”

“With the craziness of th holidays and the amount of people in and out of this building, these wonderful women handled it with ease. I have to say that whomever the manager is, be proud of your team. These women were professional, polite, efficient and had patience. Thank you for making my frustrating day better!”

“So tiny but functional. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. It's directly across from Rocco's Tacos. There are parking spots directly out front and if not, just pay to park for about 5 minutes it's no more than $2.00 bucks.”

“You can bet this post office will always be fully stocked, and the staff will be ready to mail your letters and boxes and take your payment faster than you can say United States Postal Service. There may be a long line on some days but the staff is fast and furious. Be ready!”

“I don't know his name but he can be a little rough but that's only because the customers are nasty and have no patience like they are a priority I've been going to this post office for ever and he is always professional and polite”

“Kimberly was amazing! I was concerned after reading all the bad reviews, but the experience today was very pleasant. She was honest in explaining they had ran out of stamps (I understand that was beyond her control) but she provided another solution that was not expensive.

Thank you for helping me send my business documents with a peace of mind!”

“I have come many times to this location to send packages and today might have been the best experience I’ve had thus far. Previous times were normal, I have no complaints. The employees here have always been courteous and helpful compared to other locations. But today Adrian went above and beyond to look for my package. The sender forgot to add part of my address and I was stressing for hours trying to locate which location the package was at to pick it up before it’s returned to sender. The line was super long today & I was nervous it would be too late. He spend about 20 minutes (maybe longer, felt like it) going all around the back to find my package. He got it done and found it for me. I felt so grateful and could not thank him enough. I understand it must be a pain to deal with some of the difficult situations and public so I appreciate them helping me with such good energy.”

“Here it comes: the post lady clerk at the counter was super helpful with a mega difficult issue to resolve and she did it in 90 seconds understanding the hassle my returned package caused me. Thank you USPS !!!”

“I was very nervous filling out a money order because I’d never done it before, and the staff on site were extremely helpful and patient! Big shout out to Melody for giving me so much grace. She guided me through filling out the form and I felt much better with everyone’s help. The other two ladies on shift also kindly proofread my writing when Melody was busy. I couldn’t have done it without them. This is a great branch and they will take care of you here!

Edit: I just read the rest of the reviews on this page and wow, I’m truly surprised to see how unpopular Melody is. I was so clueless and scared to write that money order, and she helped me figure it out while joking around with me. She’s human and she’s a sweet one at that. I wouldn’t last a day working her job for sure.”
