Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely terrible. I have called over 10 times for the past few days and no one has picked up. My package was apparently picked up from this post office, but I did not pick it up. There was no one else listed as an alternate pick up person. So was it stolen?

Employee could not care less about what is happening. Was talking with friends or family via phone the entire time I was next to her struggling with a roll of shipping tape and no tools or dispensers to cut it.

They lost my envelope with important documents! They never gave me a tracking number even though I asked for one. They're rude and indifferent in this office and on the phone.

I tried calling about 10x today and no one answered. Very disappointing that you can’t speak with a human these days regarding your mail. Also, this is the Post Office where FLA team shop for the FL panthers merchandise ships their products from. My order ended up in Chicago when I live 30 minutes from here. Ridiculous experience. It took over 2 weeks to get my order.

I’m extremely frustrated. I have been trying to call them for over a week, but no one has answered. I overnighted my medication from Tennessee to the AC Hotel in Sawgrass on March 6, and I still haven’t received it. When I called customer service, the agent informed me that the system indicates the package was picked up on March 13. I urgently need this medication, which I paid nearly $60 to have shipped overnight, and I feel like I’m being given the runaround. The tracking number is E1521767542U5.

I can also rate this post office less than one star if possible. However, one star is more than generous for this location. Most of the post offices I have been to in S.Florida are usually like this one, the workers are, rude, nasty and rather be at home collecting a welfare check like most of them do

They do not comply with the schedule, it is supposed to open at 11 a.m but at 11:30 a.m it was still closed

I knocked off a star bc the complaints about the location being understaffed and therefore closed during regular hours are true but I find the people at this location to be very friendly.

Best USPS in the area. Most USPS Facilities are horrible but I've only had good experiences here and all the workers are friendly

Instead of sending it they decided that I should pick it up. And I had to wait a long time because there was only 1 employee on duty.

I visited this location last Saturday, and the attitude is always the same, low number of helpers is a fact, but customers shouldn't pay for it. Every time I go there employees look very ? angry.

This is the 2nd Saturday in a row that I went in to mail something to be told the system is down. The representative said that it’s because they have no one to do the transaction, so why is the store open if you cannot send a mail, but a stamp? This is such a big inconvenience.
