“Absolutely loved my shopping experience at the Five Below store in Sawgrass Mills Mall! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and enthusiastic staff who were more than willing to help with any questions I had. The store is incredibly well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for.
One of the standout features of this Five Below location is the wide variety of products available. From trendy tech gadgets and accessories to fun seasonal items and quirky home decor, there’s something for everyone. The beauty and wellness section is particularly impressive, offering a range of quality products at unbeatable prices. I found some great deals on items I didn’t even know I needed!
The store is bright, clean, and well-lit, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The aisles are spacious, which makes navigating through the store a breeze, even when it’s busy. The checkout process was quick and efficient, with cashiers who were courteous and efficient.
I also appreciate the attention to safety and cleanliness. The staff regularly sanitizes high-touch areas and there are plenty of hand sanitizing stations throughout the store. This made me feel comfortable and safe while shopping.
In addition to the fantastic product selection and great prices, the location within Sawgrass Mills Mall is a major plus. It’s easy to make a stop here while doing other shopping or enjoying the mall’s entertainment options.

“I like Five Below except for the fact that they put in the self-service and now because there's so much thefts half the time one is open and the one person has to stand there the whole time and it makes for a very long check out just get rid of them and bring back cashiers it would be so much easier and you need to change the name because there's more items above $5 than below $5”
“I recently stopped by FYE and had a wonderful experience! The store was clean, well organized, and full of nostalgic charm. An employee I think her name was Emma or Emily (I only caught her name badge for a second) really made my visit special. She was a friendly, heavyset woman with glasses who clearly loved her job. Her warmth and enthusiasm made browsing a joy. If the rest of the staff is anything like her I see a bright future for FYE!”
“First time going to Five Below. Went with my grand daughter for a birthday gift. To say I (we) bought so many cute things. I will most definitely be coming back. Had just what I needed Stitch, SpongeBob and a few other items. The girls were very helpful and so kind, Pamela and Stephanie (I believe is there name cashiers on 2/18 around 6/7pm) store was nicely kept, clean and they helped select two items that I did need just wasn’t to familiar with the items. Will definitely be back to shop at this location some more. It’s addicting this place just like the Dollar Tree. Your girls are perfect just amazing their character. Offered exceptional service as far as I’m concerned. Give them praise for their good work.”
“Staff were extremely helpful. I came here the other day instead of the location at the corner of Dixie and Commercial (it was 10:10 and no one was there the store was still closed). I needed to do an exchange without a receipt and they were extremely helpful and I found an AMAZING iPhone case I love!!”

“They have henna. Henna is the safest way to die your hair because it is all natural. Grey hairs turn into red highlights. Mixing the powder with black coffee instead of water and adding indigo darkens the red so it’s added to the henna to become closer to the black (my wife bid Asian so has black hair). Unfortunately they do not have indigo here.”

“Overall the store is kept in pretty good shape for a new place. The front door about shut my alarm off but besides that the place was good I found everything that I needed! I picked up some Easter gift supplies add a little candy for myself LOL8 as far as customer service all the kids working at the front area where are very friendly welcome to me when I came in and told me to have a good day on the way out so that was nice. I would definitely recommend this location located in the same plaza as the Publix University Dr and Riverside Dr in Coral Springs”

“Went next door to Michael’s to pick up some items for a paint date. My mom recommended I try looking here and wow, I found a ton of cool goodies that I normally wouldn’t find at a five below. In addition, the store is neat and things are easy to find. Sharon at the register was extremely pleasant and kind. I’ve gone to a lot of stores in the past, but her demeanor was a breath of fresh air. More people should be like her. I’m definitely coming back :)”
