“I own various pieces from David yurman and my experience with Arlene at Sawgrass was great! I had a few pieces that needed to be taken in for polishing/cleaning, the first time I had brought them in, the pieces were cleaned poorly. I expressed my frustration and Arlene (store manager) offered to clean it herself, she really provided great customer service. I will 100% be back to this store to continue purchasing my DY pieces.”
“Very knowledgeable and helpful and great people there to work with. The store manager is excellent and very professional, and he answered all my questions and concerns. Another manager named Mr. Latimar is very helpful and very professional and knowledgeable.
He went above and beyond to help me adjust the straps and bracelets of all my watches. He also took his time and addressed all of my concerns. It's because of him and his excellent hospitality and service that I actually ended up buying two more watches with some great discount.
Mr. Latimar is a great asset to this company. And I am glad that I met him. All of the sales people and managers were excellent and great and very helpful and very knowledgeable.
