Everyone should aspire to have customer service in their store like the way i received today. When i was in line holding alot of clothing, josie came to me and took all the clothes from me and set on the counter so i can rest my arms. i didnt even have to ask. then she neatly folded everything and took great care with the clothes. you can tell she really cares about her job and wants to do a good job. everyone was in a good mood and i was happy with my purchase. i will definetly be back. i had a great experience. and im not gonna lie- i was a bit hesitant to go here because i have never been to a factory store and i thought it was going to be damaged stuff, but i was super impressed!!”

The store is beautiful and super organized. Upon entrance to the store, a young gentleman named Bryce approached us to say hi and asked if there was anything specific we were looking for. He was very friendly and not a pushy salesperson, which is always nice.
Michael Kors sells tons of handbags, wallets, apparel, shoes and accessories. I love the bold cobalt blue colored bags. Gorgeous color.”

“The outlet store at Sawgrass Mills was advertised online as a Chicos Off The Rack, but was actually an outlet store. It had some decent inventory but not as much as I expected. Prices were fairly good with some of the clothing items atv40% off if you bought 2 things. Also there were some closeout items for 50% off. Overall a good shopping experience! Just a far way to drive!!!!”
