“I recently purchased an engagement ring, and wedding band from the Kay’s in Sawgrass Mall. I had the pleasure, and the luck of being helped by the manager Hadas.
Pleasure because she made the experience great with her kindness and personality.
Luck bc I had NO IDEA what I was doing. But she guided me tho rough the entire process.
No way would I have been able to pull this off without Hadas.
Btw, my fiancée LOVES both rings.

Heheheh yes sir I only write with Mont Blanc moving forward & Sixta Frasquet is truly marvelous with her nothing short but exceptional customer service. I purchased a book to write in and Mystery Black ink refills.
Sixta was such a sweetheart to get me little bags to store my instrument and the book! I shall get a pen holder soon or idk how you call it but anyways..
Blanca Gomez was also there that day and she is also very lovely with her aura just as the gorgeous beautiful Sixta mmmm, her name is very interesting & mysterious just like the ink refill itself eh?

“The outlet store at Sawgrass Mills was advertised online as a Chicos Off The Rack, but was actually an outlet store. It had some decent inventory but not as much as I expected. Prices were fairly good with some of the clothing items atv40% off if you bought 2 things. Also there were some closeout items for 50% off. Overall a good shopping experience! Just a far way to drive!!!!”

I had a few pieces that needed to be taken in for polishing/cleaning, the first time I had brought them in, the pieces were cleaned poorly. I expressed my frustration and Arlene (store manager) offered to clean it herself, she really provided great customer service. I will 100% be back to this store to continue purchasing my DY pieces.”

I went in to pick up my friend a 100$ gift card and they were just out, but said they'd have some in the next few days. She then asked me to hold on while she double checked and found the last one hidden around. She didn't have to do that and was so sweet to doublecheck, when a lot of employees wouldn't have bothered.
