“I went to this place to get my picture and they helped me so much. They reviewed the pic with me few time worked with me to make sure it’s the right color and size to the detail I was so happy. I was amazed how detailed and to what they went to help me get my picture the right way and color to the detail, it was so special it was a picture of me and my women. A present for us and when it came out they even offers to put it in the frame for me and make it look nice I was so amazed and happy. This location is the best if I could I would give 10 stars the people are the best of the best crew customer service and more. Wish every place had the people here it was a pleasure. Thank you”

“I visited this UPS Store on Ponce de Leon recently, and while the staff was helpful enough to get my task done, the facility itself felt quite old and dirty. The interior could definitely use a deep clean and a modern refresh to match the professional standards of Coral Gables. It was 'okay' for a quick drop-off because the service was functional, but the grime made it a less-than-pleasant environment to wait in. If you just need a fast shipping label, it works, but don't expect a pristine storefront.”
