“I always come to this UPS because of how quick and easy they make returns. Today I had an unusual interaction with one of the (new) people there where she didn’t seem like she was ok with helping me with my return because it seemed like it was tedious process. I had several QR codes with Happy Returns (but she was not very happy lol.)I saw Joel who helped me in the past and we were able to process my returns quickly.. I wanted to write a review specifically to name him because he was not only helpful but he was respectful, polite and patient. He stands out because he really wants to help and I appreciated it his assistance. 5 stars for excellent service!”
