“I was able to reserve an appointment online for a passport for a minor at this location for next day. We walked in and Yas assisted us immediately. She was so kind and soft spoken. I arrived with all paperwork ready so we were in and out within minutes! I also had to mail a package and Jessica was very kind. Thank you for being pleasant and making my visit seamless!”

“Suggest you ignore the 1-star reviews from people who were annoyed that this is a retail post office. The USPS web site could probably be clearer, but that's not this location's fault.The location is a 5-star package center, where you can pick up packages that are being held or couldn't be delivered. In my case, my wife sent a surprise care package that was accidentally marked for being returned to her. Thanks to the efforts of Miss Ross at this location, the package was redirected back to me, much to my wife's delight.Knowing how much this meant to my wife, Miss Ross went above and beyond to give me daily updates until delivery was certain. Hats off to her! ??”

While the location might be a bit challenging to find initially due to inadequate signage, once you arrive, the staff more than makes up for it with their exceptional customer service.
I am puzzled by the negative reviews; perhaps those experiences were influenced by the attitude of the customers. (You get back what you put out there)

Once it's your turn, they will give you the personalized attention they give each of their customers. Yoshi, Marcela, and Cindy have helped me out many many times at the counter and they kind, friendly, and patient every time.”
