“I would like to highly recommend the service Nathalie Velasquez provided for my green card renewal. From the beginning, the attention was clear, organized, and very professional. She patiently answered all my questions, explained every step of the process, and made sure all the documentation was correct. Thanks to her guidance, the process was much smoother and more efficient than I expected. Her commitment and responsibility truly stand out. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her to anyone who needs support with immigration paperwork.”

“Today 7/13/26 I visited the Shenandoah U.S Postal Service office. After reading through some of the reviews here, it may have been Emilean who assisted me based on the picture below from another customer. This USPS associate today was excellent and had a lot of patience to deal with all of the customers. Many of the customers today did not speak any English and she nevertheless tried to communicate as best as she could and assisted numerous customers in a friendly manner. I was impressed as it takes a special person to be able to deal with customers who at times were difficult to communicate with, as was the case today. I believe her name may have been Emilean. She was excellent and even picked up on the wrong zip code on the package I was sending and fixed my error. Thank you so much!”

4429 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood FL 33021
“Not sure why they get such bad reviews. I’ve been there a dozen times and everyone always has a smile on their face - even in the last hour before closing time when everyone is in a rush. They are helpful, offer a marker, make suggestions, and even offer extra packing tape if you need it. They don’t make you get back in line and wait; they’ll take your package when it’s ready if you had to make changes. This location is great.”
-

“This is my local post office and I've used them for everything from prepaid returns to buying stamps to sending international packages to money orders. Usually very little wait time, and friendly interactions with the experienced and efficient staff. It's so convenient and pleasant (unusually so by Miami customer service standards) that I'm honestly afraid DeJoy will shut this location down. Treat the staff with kindness and respect and it will be reciprocated!”

“I had the need to express how nice and sweet and polite the 2 employees that worked at this location are. Is very odd for me to go to a USPS location and find employees this nice normally they are rude don’t even say hi or smile. Honestly I was very impressed and had to write about it. Thank you”
-

“I'm surprised this place has a 2.0 rating. The supervisor there looks serious but shes respectful and very helpful. Along with her employees. Service is A1. Besides it being my local post office , I enjoy coming here. Ratings on here are not accurate . Convenient and fast . 5 stars!”

1666 79th Street Cswy Ste 300, North Bay Village FL 33141
“I visited this post office on a Friday around 1 pm and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received. While the location might be a bit challenging to find initially due to inadequate signage, once you arrive, the staff more than makes up for it with their exceptional customer service. I am puzzled by the negative reviews; perhaps those experiences were influenced by the attitude of the customers. (You get back what you put out there) I highly recommend this post office location to anyone in the area.”
-
18901 W Dixie Hwy, Miami FL 33180
“I was recommended by a staff member who worked at another post office and to avoid the other ones in the area. Afterwards, I decided to check it out when I was in the Ojus area. The majority of the staff is very friendly. This is now second go-to USPS location (even if it's a little further away) in case my usual one is closed.”
-
16400 W Dixie Hwy, North Miami Beach FL 33160
“This review is for Miss Marilyn. What a god send. Tell me about patience, attention to detail, and absolutely going ever extra mile. She even ran me down after finishing my complicated shipping (to APO) because I had forgotten my receipt. She is the definition of what postal workers should strive to be!”
-
2200 NW 72nd Ave Stop 3, Miami FL 33152
“This post office is very reliable. I have been sending my parcels and letters for many years. Even when customer service area is closed, you can go in to drop off your parcels and letters. They have a self service station that can be used after hours. The employees are pleasant to work with and they also have an area to renew or apply for your passport- appointment is needed for that service”

1661 West Ave, Miami Beach FL 33139
“Every time I go, they’re usually a line, but not too large. It was pretty fast. The clerks know what they’re doing. And they redirect you if anything is wrong. They are very, very experienced clerks. However, people tend to be very snobby at them. They are a great teamwork together.”
