“Good service from Mr. Robert C. Just went to the store to buy a couple of items. I was waiting in line to be assisted and Robert suggested me to go through self check out. I told him my only concern was that I wanted to make sure I would get my points as a rewards member for my purchase. He assisted me on the process of the self check out and how to make sure I was getting my points by putting my account in the system. He also explained to me that the day I would like to redeem a credit once it is available that that has to be with a cashier associate, not at the self check out machine.
