It's great that they offer 40% off the entire store but issue new price stickers that are $10 more from original price. That's pretty tacky....do better.

There was a Hispanic employee who was really having some attitude problems. Dude if you don’t like your job then do something else and don’t spoil the brand’s image.

Huge store. Children's inventory not as huge. Didn't like how employee was just watching my every move. Maybe they thought I was going to stuff the baby clothes in my uniform

Jackie was AMAZING! She was so helpful and kind, and got us the size we needed.My only complaint would be that the cashier was extremely rude :( He didn't make me feel welcome at all, and wasn't helping us with the additional discounts I could get (which Jackie so nicely offered to us!). He didn't give us a receipt and we had to go back to the store to retrieve it, only to find out that he didn't give Jackie the sale, and put it onto his own name :( Sorry Jackie. Really sad with the checkout but overall everyone was extremely nice.

While trying to shop in the store, my bag from another store started to rip. I asked the associate for a bag so I can continue shopping he said no because I hadn’t made a purchase.. I let him know I was trying to shop.. But to his unwillingness to help I was no longer interested.

They provided good products, and the staff seemed like they didn't really want to help you as they were chatting with each other a lot. The management is rude and should take heed to longtime customers who spend $3,000 per week on Polo. I was being helped by one employee, and the manager came over and asked him to do something else, completely irresponsible as I am a huge client of Polo.

Beautifull store, but factory prices? I'm not so sure.All prices where high, and not many sales promotions.Other factory stores that I've been, has better prices than this one
