Hours: Action Colors Collision is a trusted auto body repair shop in Tallahassee, FL, with decades of experience. Customers consistently report fantastic and happy experiences, praising the shop for its top-notch, stellar, excellent, and perfect repair work. The team, described as professional, friendly, and amazing, delivers exceptional results with incredible precision and impressive attention to detail. Repairs on bodywork, subframes, suspension, wheels, doors, and fenders are handled so well that cars look exactly as they did before an accident or the day they were purchased. While the quality of work is highly commended, some reviews note that the process can sometimes take longer than expected, with turnaround times occasionally stretching to nearly three months. There can be communication hurdles and gaps, often attributed to insurance claim agents rather than the shop itself. A specific staff member is frequently highlighted as being always helpful, transparent, great at explaining things, and doing her best to keep customers informed, which makes the process easy and stress-free. The shop is also appreciated for being fast, accommodating to schedules, and providing no-fuss estimates that can be significantly lower than competitors. Although some customers reported having to return for minor adjustments, the shop is dedicated to getting everything fully resolved, ensuring vehicles are safe and drive normally. Overall, customers express that the excellent workmanship is worth the wait and would definitely trust, recommend, and return to Action Colors Collision for honest, efficient, and reliable collision repairs.
