🚗 Anxious Wait, But Exceptional Results in the End
Having my car at Actions Colors Collision for nearly three months was definitely stressful, but in the end, I’m beyond happy with how everything turned out. The repairs to the body, subframe, suspension, and wheels were done with incredible precision—the car looks exactly as it did before the accident!
I was really anxious throughout the process, mostly because my original claim agent wasn’t providing the right updates, which made everything feel uncertain. Once a new claim agent was assigned to my case, things started moving in the right direction, though there were still some gaps in communication. Tammy at the shop was amazing, though—she was always helpful and did her best to keep me informed.
The only hiccup was having to bring the car back twice after the initial repairs. The first time, there were still some noticeable issues when driving, but after the second visit, they got everything fully resolved. Now, the car drives just like it should!
Even though the process took longer than expected, Actions Colors Collision delivered excellent work, and I’m grateful they took the time to get everything right. I would definitely trust them again for future repairs.

✅ Top-Notch Repair Work with Some Communication Hurdles
I recently had my fiancé’s car repaired at Actions Colors Collision, and they did an absolutely stellar job on the body, subframe, suspension, and wheel repairs. The car looks exactly like it did the day it was purchased, and their attention to detail was impressive!
I have to give a huge shoutout to Tammy, who was fantastic to work with. She was always helpful, transparent, and great at explaining things when it came to the service side of things. However, communication was a bit challenging at times—not due to the shop itself but because of delays from the original claim agent, which made it tough to get consistent updates.
The turnaround time was definitely on the longer side (just under three months), and we did have to bring the car back twice due to lingering issues after the initial repairs. That being said, once they fully diagnosed the problem on the second visit, they made it right and ensured the vehicle was safe and driving normally.
Overall, while the process took longer than expected, Actions Colors Collision's workmanship and dedication to getting everything perfect made it worth the wait. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing quality collision repairs!

My daughter and I are very happy with our experience with this shop. They repaired passenger-side doors and front fender (on an '07 Outback) on time and on budget. They reviewed the car without us needing an appointment -maybe business was slow- and we got our estimate either that day or the next. Also, their no-fuss estimate was about 25% less than the other two estimates we had. I'll definitely go back to them if I need body work done again!Service: Body & Trim
