In my head, I dreaded the idea if having to upgrade my phone because of my past store experiences. But this past experience was far from that. Alex made the whole process very easy and transparent. Despite it taking about 45 minutes it felt like I was in and out due to his personable touch.

Alex, the representative who helped us, was absolutely AMAZING. I had a bad experience at another location and he completely resolved the issue and made my entire experience positive. He was extremely knowledgeable on promotions and personable. Alex is an absolute gem. I hope AT&T appreciates their good employees.

Always saying they WiFi down they never wanna help with data transfer they always sending you off to other stores that’s across town three different times this happen but if you not adding a line to your account they not helping

Tyler was completely incompetent. One phone on the account was stolen, so we went there to buy a replacement. Despite my following his instructions, it took over 2 hours to get a new phone, and he accidentally deactivated the wrong phone on the account. The owner of the phone Tyler inadvertently disabled took over 3 hours and a visit to another store to get the phone repaired. Then I specially asked twice for a receipt that showed the full price of the new phone purchased so I could file an insurance claim and, of course, the receipt does NOT have the full price, so now I am struggling to simply get a receipt. When I called the store I was told he was off today and we would have to come in and show an ID to get a receipt that I repeatedly asked for. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE. The only vote that counts is the one you make with your feet. As soon as I get home from my current trip I will be changing to another carrier, ANY other carrier.

Ciyara deserves a raise! Only rep that actually looked into my case and is more than willing to resolve my problem. I've been to 2 at&t stores, talked to 6 reps, 3 customer service agents and only her had done something to help me.

As a firstnet customer I truly appreciate the time, effort and patience Tyler and Cory had to get me set up. If you go into this store, ask for either one of them. They are truly the best and wouldn’t recommend anyone else touching my account. I’d wait or go back if they weren’t in there.

Remember to get your receipt because they don't offer you one. Plus read and ask plenty of stupid questions. Even if you understand.
