In my head, I dreaded the idea if having to upgrade my phone because of my past store experiences. But this past experience was far from that. Alex made the whole process very easy and transparent. Despite it taking about 45 minutes it felt like I was in and out due to his personable touch.

Alex, the representative who helped us, was absolutely AMAZING. I had a bad experience at another location and he completely resolved the issue and made my entire experience positive. He was extremely knowledgeable on promotions and personable. Alex is an absolute gem. I hope AT&T appreciates their good employees.
