“Why are the local branch phone numbers top secret? Why do you have to deal with an automated phone system that rarely has all the answers you need - when they even interpret what you said accurately. I understand the time it can take to talk to someone but at the very least have an option to speak to a human instead of having to try multiple times till the system does not understand you and finally, reluctantly transfer you to a live agent.”

appreciation goes out to the manager of this branch. Thanks for following up on these previous concerns below regarding a different teller. Your immediate response proves your loyalty to this company. Initially, these were concerns that were addressed. However, it is now resolved.
Previously, I had a negative encounter, which I would consider a day of condescending and failure to treat a customer in the myst of a total misunderstanding. This branch consists of certain employees who can't seem to recognize protocols when dealing with a customer who is affiliated with your bank. Employees should never escalate their tone of voice while assisting a customer when that customer is trying to resolve an important issue. Kaitlyn really needs to learn the proper procol. Her remarks to me felt quite condescending and totally not corresponding or insink with how a dissatisfied customer should be handled or treated. She was totally out of character with her use of language and her way of handling my concerns. I felt so humiliated by her actions toward me today. This incident occurred at the end of the day. I hope and pray that this is not how she normally would react. Perhaps it was so close to closing time, and she was prepared to leave. This could have been why she responded the way that she did. I seriously hope that she can resolve her demeanor and find a resolution toward her actions. I don't usually deal with this branch for total satisfaction. Please could I arrange to speak to authority or a manager who can relate to and handle my concerns.
