They were wonderful - chair was not ordered until after they were closed and the agent worked on it from home so I could get my wheelchair which my son picked up one evening before they closed. It was the wrong size and they replaced it with the correct size early the next morning.

Staff were very helpful. They explained how to use my medical equipment and offered to help me load my equipment. Great staff and wonderful customer service.
