They were wonderful - chair was not ordered until after they were closed and the agent worked on it from home so I could get my wheelchair which my son picked up one evening before they closed. It was the wrong size and they replaced it with the correct size early the next morning.

This is my sixth day using the AirSence 11 - sleep therapy device, and I am so excited about the results I am getting. The sleep I am now experiencing is more profound. I found myself going to bed earlier to put on my mask and begin my relaxing rest. My body is adjusting so well to the changes that I no longer have to get up to go to the bathroom! And not only do I get to enjoy the benefits my wife does, too! Because she no longer has to hear me snore night after night. You may ask yourself: How can I possibly sleep with a mask and hose hooked up to my face? But let me tell you: Your body can adapt to new circumstances, especially when the benefits are so enjoyable! And the system is set up with comfort in mind. Going to bed tired and knowing that you will wake up unrested is discouraging. I have spent so much time and money on good mattresses, pillow tops, cooling pillows, and adjusting room temperature that I despair. Oh, but all that has changed! A special thanks to Alex, a well-trained staff member at Barnes Healthcare Services, who walked me through this process and gave me the confidence I needed to succeed. Talk to your doctor to see if a sleep study is right for you, and based on the study, they will customize a treatment that's right for you.

I was serviced here this past week and the staff was thorough and answered all of my questions. They go beyond administrating a medication. They educate you and really make your treatment as pleasant as possible.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The only reason I gave one is because I had no other option, and I will say my nurse was professional and had a very polite demeanor. However, if I were her, I would be absolutely ashamed to work here. As a person who works in the medical field this place is totally unacceptable to be a medical facility that actively provides care to patients. How they get away with the filth or even pass code is beyond me. The building is run down and disgusting. An accurate description for Barnes Tallahassee in my opinion would be a make shift black market medical hideout. Its smells and looks dirty, there are spider webs with nest in the corners of the ceiling and floors (including patient rooms). The bathroom smelled of urine, has yellow rings all over the floor and the sink was just as filthy. I honestly don't think there was an inch of the carpet that wasn't stained (with who knows what) only leaving you questioning what's growing & hoarding within it. You would think this would be a huge concern for staff who work there daily and if not for themselves then for their patient's health, (especially the immunocompromised). All it took was one look and I was concerned about how unsafe, unsterile and the possible infections that originate there. When I questioned the staff about it, I was told "this is better than it was when I first started". My mouth immediately hit the floor and just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I saw the used satin zipper pillow case cover as a replacement for an IV pump holder. 10/10 would not recommend this place for any medical treatment or services.

They gave me one on one attention when I had an issue with learning how to use my CPAP. Since then, my sleep has improved drastically. A special shout out to Taylor for helping me!

Everyone was so pleasant and nice and Mrs. Taylor was so good at explaining and demonstrating how to work and clean our machine and how to put the mask on. Thanks

I had to tell the woman on the phone 3 times that I was paying out of pocket. I'm not sure why it was so unfathomable that I would pay cash. I finally came in Friday the 7th to try and get my CPAP machine, but ran 5 minutes late due to my leg injury and difficulty ambulating. One of the 4 women behind a desk (wish I got her name. Curly hair with glasses) was utterly rude. She told me I would need to reschedule and I told her I would take an appointment for next month. She said okay, then proceeded to help another person for 30 minutes. I thought maybe there was some sort of policy in place where they needed to prioritize patients who walked in with oxygen, requiring her to attend to the other customer before rescheduling my appointment. After politely waiting until she was done with the other customer, she went back to doing whatever it was she was doing on her computer. She never once made it clear that she wasn't actively trying to schedule another appointment for me at that moment and was annoyed with me for asking her if there was something else I was waiting on. This is horrible customer service. The fact that she wasn't clear, had me waiting there for 30 minutes, never even attempted to ask if there was anything else I needed help with since she saw me just sitting there and ensure what she was trying to convey was clear, and then got annoyed that I complained that she wasn't clear, is completely ridiculous. Treat your customers better. I didn't deserve that woman's attitude. Most people who come into places like these have enough to deal with medically. Maybe in addition to teaching classes about using the cpap machines, you should offer your employees classes on how to treat customers. I'll be going elsewhere and would recommend others do the same. And Barnes, please don't reply with a weak apology. Just hire courteous people.

If you have a problem with re-supply items such as Disposable filters, etc for your CPAP device you cannot reach the customer service. The worst customer service!
