“I showed up with my Cadillac xt5 with a weak battery the crew was friendly and quick I was out the door in 15 minutes and so happy to use them again no complaints”
“The service provided by Dan at the Battery Source is always professional and friendly. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable and can quickly replace a battery in the most bizarre locations. Wherever BMW and Mercedes decide to hide them - under the spare in the trunk, rear fender, or under the backseat. I recommend Battery Source, and specifically Dan, whenever anyone asks where to get their batteries checked or replaced.”
“Shawn assisted me with replacing my battery in my car. Before he replaced the battery he did a thorough check of my vehicle to ensure it was in deed the battery. He was nice professional and was knowledgeable of every question I asked. The service was exceptional being that I left from the location on S. Monroe and was not pleased with service at all. Keep up the great work Shawn every customer should experience your professionalism and calmness when they come in a business establishment in disarray with car problems.”

“Always great service,...20yrs+ of going to this establishment. Miles and Justin have always been good to me, have a great attitude, and seems like they have been there as long as I have visited. Tony is a more recent addition and I had a great interaction with him as well. thank you gentleman.....keep showing the other businesses how it's done!!”
“Very nice employees and excellent customer service at this store. I was greeted right away and John was both helpful and knowledgeable. They also stay open until 9pm which was a lifesaver on the night I needed them.
I will be a loyal customer.”

“I know nothing about engines, but I’ve been here 5 times in the last couple of months. Each time, the staff has been incredibly helpful, identified my issues, offered advice, and helped me resolve my problems. I don’t know if every location has the same top notch staff, but this group definitely has my appreciation and total confidence. Give them all a raise!”
