Best Buy is a brick and mortar technology store that provides a valuable place to physically see items in person. For many, it is a go-to store in areas with limited options, offering a clean store with new tech smell. The experience can vary, however. Some customers find exactly what they need, especially if they already know what they are looking for, and report helpful and friendly staff who provide excellent support. The Geek Squad service and membership protection plans are noted as excellent benefits. Other experiences highlight inconsistencies. Some shoppers report difficulty finding assistance, having to make multiple trips before receiving help with purchases like appliances. There are also frustrations with specific policies, such as limits on recycling old cell phones, which can feel impractical for some customers. During busy times, the store may need more checkout lines open and staff could be more attentive to customers who appear to need help. Despite these occasional issues, many hope the store remains open as a physical retail option.

I used the Best Buy website to order for pickup a Cyberpower PC and had no issues in the process. I like that the website features a section that compares the PC you are looking at to others. The process was seamless
