“Ashley (store manager) and Jake were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help explain every detail to us, break everything down, and answer any questions we had. They helped us figure out the best solution and plan that fit our needs. They sat down and went over every break down of numbers with us, to help us understand payments for our plan and the best costs we could get for what we wanted. Making from one carrier to them transitions easy.”

“Brooke is absolutely the best in the business! I am moving to Orlando, and pray that I get the same service there. Brooke always goes above and beyond and always has a perfect customer service attitude! Even when I have to call him 5 times in a row to change my order, he jokes and has fun with me and all his customers! Brooke is the reason I'll never shop anywhere else for HVAC. Gonna miss ya bud. Thanks for everything!”

“So yesterday my husband lost his phone. We decided to get another one. But we are from out of town. I figured it would be so hectic to get another phone. Boy was I wrong. We walk into the store and the polite young man named Elijah took good care of us. He was attentive and very nice. He had us in and out of there in no time. I was happy he has good customer service skills. Again thank you, Elijah”

“This review is for Tiffany she delivered excellent customer service and was very helpful with my situation which was a 1 in a million that rarely happens to anyone. She was already supposed to leave for the day when her employee arrived and took over her shift but she said she would stay to help me solve my problem. She was on call with customer service for almost 45 minutes and she remained very patient as they made things more complicated than they needed to be, meanwhile also remaining calm and patient when an aggressive customer came in causing trouble. She got my problem fixed and definitely saved myself a lot of headache. She’s a great employee who will go out of her way to help you”

“Super clean and organized. Something comforting about this store once you get away from the chaotic register area. But it is all about the staff. I dunno their names but you'll meet them at the register and when you do you will see what I am talking about.”

“Ask for Rajan (not sure if the spelling) Excellent customer service! We drove an hour and a half from another T-Mobile store. That was such a disappointment in customer service to walking into this place seeking the same device as the other T-Mobile store and John was so helpful. He immediately let us know that they didn't carry the model we needed and proceeded to call another store and secure one for us. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes and it renews my faith in T-Mobile's customer service capabilities. If you need something definitely go see this guy. It's inside of the Sam's club and you don't need a card to get to it”

“I was trying to order a gift from a wedding registry, and I ordered it online to pick up at the Apalachee Parkway store. However, when I got there, they said they didn't actually have it in stock. So the wonderful person at the Pick-up counter checked all over town, and found out that the Thomasville Road store had Five in stock. I was relieved, and drove there right away. It turned out they only had One in stock, but the pick-up desk person went and got it for me!Then it turned out that the box was torn, although the inner wrapping was undamaged. So then the Target employee reduced the price because the packaging was torn! I saved some money, got exactly the present I wanted, and was so pleased with the help and thoughtfulness of the Target employees at both stores. I LOVE shopping at Target.”

2120 Apalachee Pkwy Target, Tallahassee FL 32301
“Whenever I need a bathing suit, Target is where I wind up going. Somehow it's usually when I'm in Tallahassee. I can count almost a year between the last two bathing suits I bought and they were both there. This Target is like any other. Perhaps a bit less crowded given where it is. Usually my trips there are in and out. Would recommend, especially for bathing suits. They have a lot of variety and it's affordable, too!”

“While this isn't the biggest Target in Tallahassee it is still a great location. The staff is extremely helpful and the staff member who helped me a lot today was Joshua. He went in the back to try to find what I was looking for but it wasn't available. I'm just glad he checked. And he even got someone to clean the bathroom when it was gross. He should get a promotion or a raise.”

“About a month ago my wife and I were looking to purchase a new MacBook for her to go back and get her masters and start teaching this fall. We were fortunate to talk to Ausar in the Apple area as well as the Apple representative(can’t remember her name). Ausar gave us excellent advice on what model computer we would need. He compared the Neo vs the MacBook Air to show us the limitations of the Neo what the Air could offer. Overall, the employees in the Apple Sales Area were very helpful, respectful, and mindful of our needs. Fast forward, we came back yesterday with intentions to purchase the computer of our choice and luckily, Ausar was there to assist in the purchase of the MacBook Air of our choice. If you need a new Apple product, Ausar and the Apple reps are the best place to help you out.”
