She walked me through every seamlessly, including setting up my new Samsung Galaxy phone A17 5G and transferring all my data. Her outstanding Customer Service made the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Miss Jamina if you visit this store.

“This review is for Tiffany she delivered excellent customer service and was very helpful with my situation which was a 1 in a million that rarely happens to anyone. She was already supposed to leave for the day when her employee arrived and took over her shift but she said she would stay to help me solve my problem. She was on call with customer service for almost 45 minutes and she remained very patient as they made things more complicated than they needed to be, meanwhile also remaining calm and patient when an aggressive customer came in causing trouble. She got my problem fixed and definitely saved myself a lot of headache. She’s a great employee who will go out of her way to help you”

Excellent customer service! We drove an hour and a half from another T-Mobile store. That was such a disappointment in customer service to walking into this place seeking the same device as the other T-Mobile store and John was so helpful. He immediately let us know that they didn't carry the model we needed and proceeded to call another store and secure one for us. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes and it renews my faith in T-Mobile's customer service capabilities. If you need something definitely go see this guy. It's inside of the Sam's club and you don't need a card to get to it”

“The target is clean and staff are friendly. The store is small and only carries so many items and departments, definitely check online before you go. There is also only self checkout (from what I saw), which I don’t mind but may not be for everyone. I’m not sure where you’d go to make returns but I wasn’t paying much attention to all that. Overall nice and friendly staff.”
“About a month ago my wife and I were looking to purchase a new MacBook for her to go back and get her masters and start teaching this fall. We were fortunate to talk to Ausar in the Apple area as well as the Apple representative(can’t remember her name). Ausar gave us excellent advice on what model computer we would need. He compared the Neo vs the MacBook Air to show us the limitations of the Neo what the Air could offer. Overall, the employees in the Apple Sales Area were very helpful, respectful, and mindful of our needs.
Fast forward, we came back yesterday with intentions to purchase the computer of our choice and luckily, Ausar was there to assist in the purchase of the MacBook Air of our choice.
