“I had the chance to open a new account with Mr James Horgan (Branch Supervisor) @Thomasville Rd branch, it was easy and swift process, and he was very easy to talk to. In the middle of the application, James found out that I had a freeze on my account so he gave me the Experian number to call and that got sorted out. Explained to me in details all about the benefits of being a member, about doing mobile banking, gladly walked me to the accounting to make a payment/deposit. Everyone was friendly and accommodating! Before all this, I went to the other “bigger” bank and told me to make appt the next day. But @Champions First, I came in and accomplished what I needed (open an account) the same day.”

Thank you Ethan Armburster, Carol Armburster, Ani, Daisy, n Carly. They all have been exceptionally generous with their time n kindness. The female I spoke with on 5/15/26 AM , was totally,( I don’t know) on another planet with her answers. I had put in a temporary moving card to the USPS and I knew I was receiving some sort of information from First Florida that was going to be forwarded to my temporary home so I wanted to know if it was something important since I wasn’t able to see it for a couple of days she suggested that I go to the USPS change my forwarding address back to Florida retrieve the mail, then change it back to North Carolina. Obviously she has never dealt with the USPS. This is the most incredibly stupidest thing I have ever heard even with a two week notice USPS most of the time doesn’t have their shit together and you want me to try to change a forwarding card back-and-forth several times in two days. I have to say you have to be a very sheltered young lady, Carly was able to research it n advise me that it was just my statement. Denise”

“We opened a checking acct last Thurs late afternoon to have access to transfer money to pay an auto re fi we closed with Hello Credit Union last week. We waited a day per the 24 hrs to open the acct and on Fri late afternoon the acct wasn't open so called 15 min before the branch closed and Marlon took the time and patience to get the acct opened before they closed which he did. We appreciated him going the extra mile to get that done and he was very efficient and personable. I then called first of the week to check if a doc had been received on our re fi we had completed and learned out loan officer was off and Matthew took the time to check and confirmed it was received.
