I lucked up w/a great specialist by the name of Lucretia. I informed her of my insurance need, she took that info and she delivered exactly that. Things are still done the old-fashioned way without the extra fees for the new way!! I know we have to adapt to change, but I like it just being simple, and this is what I got.
