The agent that we had was very professional and very helpful. I had a lot of questions because it was my first time getting renters/auto insurance. She helped a lot. I highly recommend this state farm location to other students and other people looking for insurance!

I was shopping for insurance as it was time to acquire a new policy, and I put in a quote request with their office. It ended up being considerably more expensive than other quotes, but the agent that returned my call while working on my quote was completely up-front and honest about that, even recommending different agencies and advising which ones to avoid. Her name is Marcie and she was an absolute joy to speak to, and it made my day to have such great service, even though I was declining their product. That is extremely rare and deserves commendation, truly. She is a bright spot in a sometimes frustrating industry, and that is wonderful!

I’ve had really good experiences with State Farm - I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. I had my car insurance with them and then added my home when I moved. I’ve had a couple of small claims for my auto and each time they arranged for repairs and paid the shop within hours.
I had never made a homeowner’s claim until last year when my neighborhood was hit by a tornado. They were very responsive and scheduled an adjuster as quickly as I could accommodate them. I had no serious damage to my home but many trees down so it wasn’t an emergency like many of my neighbors. In spite of that they were very prompt at coming out to assess damage and reimbursing me for work done.
The agents I’ve had have always been very helpful and easy to contact. I’ve had the same agents for years and have been really pleased with their service. Insurance isn’t a very popular subject right now but I’ve been so well served by State Farm I wanted to give my agency, Dick Franklin, some well-deserved recognition.
