Spoke to Ja'nyah in the call center (she was not in tallahassee). This is the 2nd time an Envision employee went above and beyond trying to help plus was super nice and understanding.My toddler has a bad cold and ran a fever last night, so I called to ask if I could do my transaction in the drive thru to avoid going inside the bank for the sake of my child and others. (Need a money order or sheet of checks by today)Ja'nyah was very sweet and told me she was sorry my son didn't feel well, and even though you can't use the drive thru to get money order and checks, she would still ask to see if something could be done.After a brief hold, she told me unfortunately I wld have to go inside the bank. However, even though she wasn't able to make an exception, the fact that she even tried made all the difference. Especially since the 1st person I spoke to (when I was trying to reach a different location) was nice but flat out said nothing could be done and then the line was (mistakenly?) disconnected while I was still speaking.Thank you Ms. Ja'nyah for taking that extra moment to try to help a member! (As well as Ms. Jasmine for connecting me to Ja'nyah's manager so I cld tell them how much I appreciated her)

I don't know what's going on with them, but the customer service is trash (it hasn't always been this way). I've called and left messages and emailed and haven't received a response.

I would love to give them a great rating because one of the ladies did come out and say wait a minute will help you. I preference that with that because when I got there there was a big line and two tellers. I was told when I asked that I open the account that I couldn't do that today because I needed to make an appointment. I thought that was strange and I let them know. Find me a sweet woman came out and said hold on we can help you. I was told that a young gentleman could do it. Which he did in a timely fashion. During my time they're open to count the young gentleman that set me up was great. Courteous, Swift and precise. I was told that they were making a move and sending a few people from the apalachee area to this and one must forgive them for having that many people. But I saw an army gentleman who was not very happy with the line and it said he wasn't happy with the service there. I've also in the same hour I saw a young gentleman who was not happy with his loan.They said he owed 2 years and he said he was paid off. And to see two people angry in such a short time and one tell her I thought that that would be a strange coincidence. I went to envision because I saw so many people with envision cards in Tallahassee although my experience was fixed I realized that many have had bad experiences. I only say this because I saw it. Hopefully envision will get better. They do seem like a very good crewa And they work well together.

Worst credit union in all of Tallahassee for business banking. Avoid it at all costs. Needed to add a signer to a business account, which requires all signers be present. However, you must schedule an appointment to do so. Appointment availability is very limited, so it's difficult to coordinate a time that works for everyone involved. Not a business-friendly credit union.

They really don't care about retention of deposits or long time depositors. Instead of having express service for renewal of cd's, everybody gets to be part of the line, waitimg for sevice at the next available appointment, sometimes several days away. That doesn't make good nonsense in a financial institution. Instead they spend depositors ' money on feel-good tv ads, trying to propagandize the tv audience into thinking they're just in it to do good all the time..very shallow business sense.

Envision Credit Union this is where I started my first Bank account Employee's are helpful and I still go there.

I have been a member with both businesses and personal accounts with envision for years. Me and my husband applied for a first time home loan. And we’re yelled at and told we were try to lie and scam the system because my husband has a rental arborist business. we tried to explain that we do not own any property and we were. Continuously told that we’re we’re not believed.Just because there is a business model that is more modern and something that envision doesn’t understand doesn’t mean we’re liars or scammers. The horrible treatment that we received from there loan agent will never be forgotten and I will no longer be banking with a bank that accuses there members of something with no proof.and without even trying to listen and educate themselves on a more modern business model.

I was a member since the North Florida Education Credit Union days, and it was a great CU, with an in house good credit card at 10%, attentive service, in house service departments, and a small town feel. All that has changed. Their Credit card has been sold to a very predatory bankster outfit. After having an argument with the very rude Credit Manager a few years back, I paid off and canceled this card, and took out a card with my other much smaller credit union which has an in house card at 10% with no hidden fees and an escalating rate up to 21% and more, as the Envision Credit Union credit card now has. I was very disappointed in Envision at that point, but stuck with them. A more recent experience has also disappointed me. I called to dispute a charge on my debit card, but was routed to the service center in Mexico, where they had an initial automated query that kept refusing me because my phone did not match their records, although it was the correct mobile number.. When I was finally allowed to speak to a live agent, they had no record of the charge, even though I was looking right at it on my account on the website, as well as my bank statement. I discussed this with the "triage" lady at the credit union, and she insisted I have to go "thru the system" (in Mexico) when I asked to speak to someone in house. Definitely not the credit union I knew when I joined up. I plan to pull all my money out and put it in my other credit union.

If you want your money mismanaged and stolen and be given the wrong advice 24/7 this is your bank. They have done nothing but royal screw my account over left and right and then done nothing to fix it. Probably the worst bank you can pick with next to no benefits.

DO NOT bank with Envision Credit Union. They have the worst customer service ever. They don’t respond to issues and they’re always too busy to return your call. This bank has really gone down hill and the incompetent staff makes it worse.

RUN!!!!!!GO ANYWHERE ELSE!This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. They will find any reason to deny service. The last straw for me was a denied mobile deposit that had everything written on the back that they require, except I missed writing 'CU' behind 'For Mobile deposit' and my account number. I have made so many mobile deposits in the past, they know it's their account number. They did even contact me about it. This is just one out of dozens of issues I have encountered. DO NOT BANK HERE! It's ridiculous.Not to mentions that the customer service people who answer the phones, will mock you. Only Envision CU seems to endorse this behavior!
