Literally too lazy to drive the packages up the driveway. They leave valuable items on the road. Today was a 60lb piece of furniture that I had to wheelbarrow up the hill. Filed multiple complaints. Fed Ex is the WORST

I have lost all respect for FEDEX. My husband recently purchased some very expensive inverter batteries and they were delivered while we were at work. The driver haphazardly delivered them and dumped them on our driveway instead of at our front door, which has a covered awning. It poured that day and everything got soaked. SOAKED. It has been impossible getting in touch with a live person and their only response was to “leave a review for the driver”. Absolutely not acceptable. I wish we could choose to never have a delivery from this company again.

The customer service people tried very hard to help me. Unfortunately they were blocked by the wretchedly poor delivery service. For a week Fed Ex has lied about trying to deliver my package even though it is in Tallahassee. Even to the point of saying they could not find my house. Maybe they should try Google Maps. There was no signature needed and the box could have been delivered at any time. After a week of this garbage, I am finally told where my package is and I'm expected to pick it up. So, I paid for what kind of shipping? I will try my hardest never to use Fed Ex again in any capacity.

My package was out for delivery on Friday. No delivery attempt was made and it went back to the station. Same thing on Monday and Tuesday. No solutions from customer service. I no have a second package in the same im not gonna deliver your package loop. Since when is this acceptable??🤬

Never ever use Fed Ex. Liars and thieves. Customer service is a joke. Call center is useless. Opening a case does nothing. Drivers are subcontractors and have no accountability.

Summmit lane location and driver have had possession of my delivery for 11 days. Service is subpar and very disappointing at Christmastime.

FedEx has had the box in the truck to be delivered, for over 2 weeks here in Tallahassee. Since Monday, the 9th of this month, it has been showing as being on the truck for delivery. On social media, people are saying that FedEx Ground lost many employees due to the low salaries they pay, and now they don't have enough staff to deliver the packages. I went to the office today, and they didn't know when they would be able to deliver the packages since they were far behind on dispatching and they didn't know in which trailer it might be.
The employees are encouraging people to ship packages through other companies.
Is any of the corporate executives aware of the terrible service their company is providing?

They are not delivering packages. We order food and protection for our farm animals. They delivered 2 weeks late and the cold came and we lost livestock.
They have now hady packages for 2 weeks on a truck. But they never show. This was a wedding gift that has now come and gone. It was extremely expensive. We paid for expedite shipping. Still no response

Their customer service was trash. The call button to pick up your package was completely useless since no one answers until the fifth time.

I received my order that cost over 2k after showing on a truck and out for delivery for 3 days. They put this very expensive product by our mail box not by our door since our gate was open or next to our gate. I am surprised that it wasn't stolen. The drivers have always delivered correctly but this was unacceptable.

The company steals packages, lies and states they’re backed up.They will place several delivery exceptions on those packages. After the third fake delivery attempt, you then have to reach out to the company from which you placed your order to send you a new packages. Long story short, Fedex employees steal.

Worst shipping service ever, their tracking system is never up to date. My package kept saying one day, then , the next, then the next, then saying it's back at the shippers address and then it's not moving. It's now been in my city since Friday and customer support said they don't deliver on the weekend. Since when did fedex not deliver on the weekends. DONT EVER USE FEDEX. UPS IS 10 TIMES BETTER.
